Your artwork

You own the artwork you create with Starby Art. Starby Art does not claim ownership of your drawings, project files, exported images, stamps, or proof clips.

Saving and backups are yours

Starby Art does not store your artwork or files on its servers. Your work is kept on your own device, in your browser and in the files you save. You are responsible for saving and backing up your own work, for example with File > Save to My Device and File > Back Up Brushes, Stamps & Settings. Starby Art cannot recover drawings, projects, or files that are lost from your device or browser, and is not responsible for their loss.

Beta software

Starby Art is currently beta software. For important work, save an editable .starby file with File > Save to My Device and export a finished image file as well.

Responsible use

Do not use Starby Art or Starby Art services to create, distribute, or store unlawful content.

Future services

Pro subscriptions, marketplace tools, or hosted proof pages may require expanded terms before launch.
